Damages and additional charges
If you or any of your companions damage the holiday rental during your stay, you will have to pay for the damage caused. And a deposit of 500€ must be left, which is returned on departure if there is no damage.

This accommodation is managed by a professional owner. The provision of accommodation services is linked to a commercial activity, a business.

On arrival, you may be asked for an official photo ID and a credit or debit card, or a cash deposit, to cover incidental expenses.
Parties or other group events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The owner has not indicated if the accommodation has a carbon monoxide detector, you may wish to bring a portable one for the trip.
The owner has indicated that the accommodation has a smoke detector.

DEPOSIT POLICY


A deposit may be required at check-in to cover possible unforeseen expenses. The amount will be refunded on departure if you have not incurred any additional expenses during your stay.
This deposit will be deducted from the final bill of the property at check-out.
OR
At check-in, we may pre-authorise a credit card for any charges we determine you may incur during your stay. This pre-authorisation may also include an amount to cover a security deposit for any damages or unforeseen expenses you may incur during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Regardless of the cancellation policy of each booking portal, it is agreed that the client will be charged 100% if the cancellation occurs 15 or less days prior to arrival and 50% if the cancellation occurs 16 to 30 days prior to arrival.
